Currently working as an Art Director at PwC’s The Difference – Creative Comms, Luke Pacconi leads and manages the visual design of communications that range from print, digital, experiential, spatial and web based. Working with organisations to understand their context and brand requirements, Luke uses strategic communications and messaging to create designs and campaigns that are fit for purpose. He has worked with organisations such as PwC Global, The University of Melbourne, Telstra, Australia Post, Coles, OZ Minerals, ANZ and Melbourne Football Club.
He has worked on eight internal brand campaigns creating suites of visual assets developed bespoke for each client, sensitive to external brand requirements and complex programs of work with sub-brand components. As well as working full time as an Art Director, Luke continues his freelance work with clients that range from small start-ups to large companies designing visual communications. This includes designing publications, marketing collateral, infographics, graphical recordings, visual brand identities, websites and developing social media strategies. Some current and past clients include Capital Transport, VICT, Vicland Property Group, Welsh Group, Sitetech Solutions and ANZ Digital. In addition, he also worked with design studio Short Fuse to design basic graphics for clients such as Melbourne Victory, Austereo and Make-A-Wish Foundation.
Starting his own freelance business straight out of University and working in a fast paced corporate environment, Luke has worked both locally and overseas, helping him develop a broad range of technical skills, capabilities and business acumen.
